At Ponentia we firmly believe that the future of our territory depends on the promotion of young talent and the direct connection between training and business. With this objective, during the last few weeks we have participated in two key fairs related to employment and professional development in Lleida.

On 26 and 27 February we were present at the FormaOccupy, The Training and Employment Fair held at the Fira de Lleida exhibition centre. This event has established itself as a meeting point for students, people looking for new professional opportunities and companies that need to recruit talent. The fair brings together dozens of companies and organisations and offers numerous activities, workshops and career guidance spaces to help people define their professional future.

During our participation, from Ponentia we had the opportunity to carry out the following activities rapid interviews with young candidates, The aim of these meetings is to get to know profiles with great potential and to explain first-hand the professional opportunities offered by our sector. A week later, on 3 March, we also participated in the UdL Treball, the job fair organised by the University of Lleida. This meeting connects students and graduates with companies and institutions of the territory, creating a space for networking and career guidance where young people can discover the existing job opportunities and learn about the real needs of the market.
