Ponentia Logistics has signed a contract with Marco Infraestructuras to carry out work on the first phase of construction of the logistics estate and rail terminal at the "La Litera" Intermodal Logistics Platform. This agreement, reached after a process of collaboration between the two companies, marks a significant step towards the materialisation of a project that promises to transform the region's logistics infrastructure. Work is expected to begin in the coming weeks.
With the construction of the new Platform, Ponentia Logistics is positioning itself as a key player in intermodal logistics and the development of industrial infrastructures. The aim of the project is to establish a logistics hub that facilitates the efficient connection between different modes of transport, reducing delivery times, operating costs and contributing to the decarbonisation of the road transport sector.
The contract signed with Marco Infraestructuras is the result of mutual trust and shared experience. Marco Infraestructuras, a company renowned for its solid track record in the construction of public works and infrastructure projects, will be responsible for the initial works, which include site preparation, installation of drainage, etc.
