The "La Melusa" Intermodal Logistics Platform will have a 17-hectare rail terminal, designed to handle large volumes of goods in a single enclave. It will be a highly digitalised terminal, which will optimise loading and unloading processes, as well as the efficient transfer of goods between different modes of transport.
On the other hand, the industrial estate is designed for the development of high-impact economic activities related to the production, distribution and storage of goods or services. The industrial zone has plots of various sizes, adaptable to the needs of future clients.
The "La Melusa" Industrial and Logistics Platform has a total surface area of 1,400,000 m², distributed in large-format plots for the implementation of economic activities. The available surfaces vary between 20,000 m² and 280,000 m².
The marketing of the plots is currently underway. All the plots have a direct connection to the railway terminal via the accesses provided at the Platform.
