According to various studies, for every tonne of goods transported per kilometre, the truck emits approximately 128 grams of CO\u2082, while the railway emits 15 grams.<\/p><p>Rail transport is the most sustainable solution for transporting goods. According to our data and estimates, the Ponentia rail terminal, which will cover more than 13 million km per year, will help to save 1475 tonnes of CO\u2082 emissions each year, thus making a commitment to the environment.<\/p><p>The transition from truck to rail is gaining momentum and will become more prevalent in the coming years.
