the<strong> new intermodal logistics platform<\/strong> which is being promoted in the region of La Litera (Huesca) bordering Catalonia. As a large platform, it proposes the development of large-scale plots of land, ranging in size from <strong>20.000m2<\/strong> and the <strong>200.000m2<\/strong>The land is in demand in the territory, marketable for industrial and logistical uses.<\/p><p>Its geostrategic location, between exits 22 and 27 of the A-22 motorway, close and highly accessible to Spain's main freight corridors such as the A-22 and the A-22. <strong>Mediterranean Corridor<\/strong> and the <strong>Central Corridor<\/strong>. It is also close to other logistics hubs such as the Zaragoza area, Barcelona (Baix Llobregat) and the ports of Barcelona, Tarragona and Bilbao. In some of these areas, the availability of land is scarce and, in any case, at unaffordable prices, which adds a <strong>competitiveness<\/strong> of great added value to this location.<\/p><p>It is planned as a state-of-the-art industrial and logistics area with the use of various spaces for the generation of clean energies and with the clear objective of being an emission-neutral infrastructure. There will be guarded parking for lorries, hotel and restaurant services, refuelling areas for <strong>clean energy vehicles<\/strong> (electricity, hydrogen), service areas for heavy vehicles, rest and sports areas, etc.<\/p><p>It is foreseen that buildings will be equipped with generators for <strong>clean energies<\/strong>The extension and typology of the land makes it ideal for the installation of photovoltaic modules that allow the use of sunlight.<\/p><p>The land is perfectly suited for the development of a <strong>railway terminal<\/strong> high-capacity.
